Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 15.0% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
  • If you cancel 7 to 15 days before your trip, you will be charged 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
  • If you cancel between 0 and 7 days before your departure date, you will be charged 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.

Confirmation Policy

  • Within 24 hours following a successful booking, the customer receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
  • If the desired slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s choice will be established, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
  • Alternatively, the consumer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.
  • All refunds will be made to the traveller’s bank account.

Payment Terms Policy

  • 100% of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking

  • Pass through lush meadows, pine forests, and small streams.
  • Set up camp at Nichnai pass and enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by nature.
  • Trek from Nichnai to the beautiful Vishansar Lake, covering a distance of about 11.26kms.
  • Ascend to the Nichnai Pass and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
  • Reach the pristine Vishansar Lake, known for its crystal-clear waters and scenic surroundings.
  • Camp near the lake and soak in its tranquil ambiance.
  • Trek from Vishansar Lake to Gadsar Lake, covering a distance of approximately 12.87kms.
  • Pass through meadows adorned with colourful wildflowers and cross a rocky terrain.
  • Witness the captivating beauty of Gadsar Lake, nestled amidst towering peaks.
  • Set up camp near the lake and spend the night surrounded by nature’s serenity.
  • Trek from Gadsar Lake to the enchanting Satsar Lakes, covering a distance of about 14.48kms.
  • Encounter multiple small alpine lakes, collectively known as the Satsar Lakes.
  • Camp near the lakes and enjoy the serene atmosphere and starry night sky.
  • Trek from Satsar Lakes to Gangabal Lake, covering a distance of approximately 16.09kms.
  • Traverse rocky terrain and ascend to the Zaj Pass, offering breathtaking views.
  • Descend to the twin lakes of Gangabal and Nundkol, with Gangabal Lake being the larger of the two.
  • Set up camp near Gangabal Lake and soak in the pristine surroundings.
  • Trek from Gangabal Lake to Naranag, covering a distance of about 14.48kms.
  • Descend through meadows, forests, and traditional Kashmiri villages.
  • Reach Naranag and board the vehicle for the return journey to Srinagar.
  • Overnight stay in Srinagar.
