Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 15.0% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel 7 to 15 days before your trip, you will be charged 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 0 and 7 days before your departure date, you will be charged 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.

Confirmation Policy

Within 24 hours following a successful booking, the customer receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
If the desired slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s choice will be established, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
Alternatively, the consumer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.
All refunds will be made to the traveller’s bank account.

100% of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Upon your arrival in Srinagar, our representative will greet you at the airport and assist with the transfer to Gulmarg, the renowned winter wonderland in the heart of the Kashmir Valley.
Check in to your cosy accommodation in Gulmarg and receive a briefing from our experienced guides regarding the upcoming trekking adventure.
Spend the rest of the day exploring the enchanting town of Gulmarg. Marvel at the snow-covered landscapes, indulge in winter activities like skiing or snowboarding or take a leisurely stroll around the frozen lake. Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the surroundings.

Day 2: Srinagar - Gulmarg

Upon your arrival in Gulmarg, a paradise for adventure enthusiasts and nature lovers, our team will assist with your transfer to the designated accommodation.
Take some time to settle in and soak up the serene atmosphere of this charming hill station.

Day 3: Gulmarg - Khilanmarg

After a wholesome breakfast, embark on an exciting trek from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg. Strap on your snowshoes and traverse through the mesmerising winter trails, witnessing panoramic views of snow-clad peaks and pristine valleys along the way. Our experienced guides will ensure your safety and guide you through the route.
Reach Khilanmarg, a picturesque meadow surrounded by towering peaks. Take in the breathtaking views of the Himalayas and soak in the tranquillity of the pristine surroundings. Capture unforgettable moments amidst the snowy landscapes.
Settle into a comfortable campsite in Khilanmarg, where you can enjoy a warm and hearty dinner. Rest in cosy tents and rejuvenate yourself for the next day’s adventure.

Day 4: Baba Reshi Descent

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and relish a delicious breakfast in the midst of nature’s grandeur. Begin the descent from Khilanmarg towards Baba Reshi, a revered shrine dedicated to a Sufi saint. Traverse through snow-laden trails, witnessing the beauty of the Kashmiri countryside.
Reach the Baba Reshi shrine, a place of spiritual significance and tranquillity. Take a moment to pay your respects and immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of this sacred site.
After exploring Baba Reshi, descend further and return to Srinagar. Check in to your accommodation and unwind from the day’s trekking adventure. Enjoy a warm dinner and spend a comfortable night in Srinagar.

Day 5: Baba Reshi to Srinagar

After a delightful breakfast, bid farewell to Baba Reshi and return to Srinagar. Our team will assist you with your departure, ensuring a smooth transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
