Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 15.0% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel 7 to 15 days before your trip, you will be charged 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 0 and 7 days before your departure date, you will be charged 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.

Confirmation Policy

Within 24 hours following a successful booking, the customer receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
If the desired slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s choice will be established, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
Alternatively, the consumer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.
All refunds will be made to the traveller’s bank account.

100% of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking

Day 1: Srinagar - Naranag

Meet the XADVENTURE team and transfer to the charming village of Naranag.
Orientation and briefing about the trek.
Overnight stay in Naranag.

Day 2: Naranag - Trunkhol

Trek from Naranag to Trunkhol, a picturesque meadow surrounded by lush greenery.
Enjoy the serene landscapes and the peaceful ambiance of Trunkhol.
Set up camp and spend the night amidst nature’s beauty.

Day 3: Trunkhol - Gangabal Lake

Trek from Trunkhol to Gangabal Lake, the highlight of the trek.
Ascend through dense forests and rocky terrains, experiencing breathtaking views along the way.
Reach the pristine Gangabal Lake, a turquoise jewel nestled amidst towering peaks.
Camp overnight near the lake and witness its enchanting beauty.

Day 4: Gangabal Lake - Naranag - Srinagar

Trek back from Gangabal Lake to Naranag, retracing your steps through the stunning landscapes.
Descend through the meadows and forests, soaking in the natural beauty.
Reach Naranag and celebrate the completion of the Gangabal Lake Trek.
