Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 15.0% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel 7 to 15 days before your trip, you will be charged 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 0 and 7 days before your departure date, you will be charged 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.

Confirmation Policy

Within 24 hours following a successful booking, the customer receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
If the desired slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s choice will be established, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
Alternatively, the consumer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.
All refunds will be made to the traveller’s bank account.

100% of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking

Day 1: Arrival at Srinagar

Welcome to Srinagar: Arrive at Srinagar, the enchanting capital city of Jammu and Kashmir. Our friendly staff will receive you at the airport or designated meeting point and assist with your transfer to the accommodation.
Orientation and Acclimatization: Once settled in, our knowledgeable guides will provide a brief orientation about the Marchoi Winter Trek and ensure you are well-acclimatized to the cold weather conditions. Take the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead.

Day 2: Naranag to Marchoi

Departure from Srinagar: After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Naranag, a beautiful village located in the picturesque Kashmir Valley. Enjoy the breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and dense forests along the way.
Trek Begins: Start your Marchoi Winter Trek from Naranag, accompanied by our experienced trekking guides. Traverse through pristine snow-covered landscapes, enchanting pine forests, and serene meadows as you make your way towards Marchoi.
Camping at Marchoi: Reach Marchoi by late afternoon and set up camp in this serene winter wonderland. Experience the tranquility of the surroundings and spend the evening enjoying a warm bonfire, delicious meals, and stargazing.

Day 3: Back to Naranag

Trek Back: Wake up to a refreshing morning amidst the pristine beauty of Marchoi. After breakfast, begin your return journey back to Naranag, retracing your steps through the mesmerizing landscapes.
Village Exploration: Upon reaching Naranag, take some time to explore the village and interact with the locals, learning about their traditional way of life and cultural heritage.
Overnight Stay in Naranag: Settle in at a cozy guesthouse in Naranag for a well-deserved rest. Enjoy a delicious dinner and unwind after an adventurous day in the mountains.

Day 4: Back to Srinagar

Return to Srinagar: After breakfast, bid farewell to Naranag and embark on the return journey to Srinagar. Enjoy the scenic drive as you reminisce about the unforgettable experiences and memories created during the Marchoi Winter Trek.
Departure: Arrive in Srinagar, where our team will assist you with your onward journey. Depart with a sense of fulfillment, carrying cherished memories of the winter trek and the beauty of Kashmir.
