Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 15.0% of the entire tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your trip, you will be charged 25.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel 7 to 15 days before your trip, you will be charged 50.0% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.
If you cancel between 0 and 7 days before your departure date, you will be charged 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees.

Confirmation Policy

Within 24 hours following a successful booking, the customer receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
If the desired slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s choice will be established, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
Alternatively, the consumer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Within 10 business days, the applicable refund amount will be processed.
All refunds will be made to the traveller’s bank account.

100% of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Arrive in Srinagar, the starting point of the Gurez Trek.
Meet the XADVENTURE team and transfer to the picturesque village of Dawar in Gurez Valley.
Orientation and briefing about the trek.
Overnight stay in Dawar.

Day 2: Dawar to Habba Khatoon Peak

Trek from Dawar to Habba Khatoon Peak, an iconic landmark in Gurez.
Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Set up camp near Habba Khatoon Peak and spend the night amidst nature’s beauty.

Day 3: Habba Khatoon Peak to Tragbal

Trek from Habba Khatoon Peak to Tragbal, a serene meadow surrounded by towering peaks.
Experience the tranquility of the meadows and pristine streams along the way.
Camp overnight in Tragbal, soaking in the peaceful ambiance.

Day 4: Tragbal to Razdan Pass

Trek from Tragbal to Razdan Pass, a high-altitude pass offering breathtaking views.
Witness the grandeur of the Himalayas and the vastness of the surrounding landscapes.
Set up camp near Razdan Pass and spend the night under the starry sky.

Day 5: Razdan Pass to Dawar

Descend from Razdan Pass back to Dawar, retracing your steps through the scenic landscapes.
Reach Dawar and celebrate the completion of the Gurez Trek.
Overnight stay in Dawar.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, bid farewell to the mesmerizing Gurez Valley.
Depart from Srinagar with unforgettable memories of the Gurez Trek and the beauty of Kashmir.
